Alpamare Water Park, Scarborough

Alpamare Water Park opened to the public on the 30th July offering rides, slides, flumes, wave pool, outdoor heated pools and an infinity pool. There will also be a spa facility opening in January, 2017.

World's deepest and largest indoor pool - Colchester

Plans are underway for the world's largest and deepest indoor pool which could be built in Essex. The pool will be used to recreate conditions in space and deep marine diving. Blue Abyss have released 3D images of what the pool would like and approval has been given by astronaut Tim Peak, International Space Station.

The pool will be 50 metres long and 50 metres deep, providing research, training and development in marine and space conditions.

Paralympic Gold Medalist, Dame Sarah Storey officially opened the new Aqua Nurture facility in Gee Cross, Hyde.

Gary and Suzanne Hornton have transformed the derelict Apethorn Pub as part of their flagship franchise Puddle Ducks. It is a family-friendly swimming pool offering swimming lessons, hydro pool, baby sensory and massage classes.
