Worlds Largest Swimming Lesson - 22nd June, 2017

Water safety and training organizations are joining forces to present The World's Largest Swimming Lesson™ (WLSL), to be held on Friday, June 22, 2017, to build awareness about the vital importance of teaching children to swim to help prevent drowning. On this day, water parks, pools and other aquatic facilities worldwide will host local WLSL lessons to create awareness that Swimming Lessons Save Lives!

Registration is now open to participate. Further information in English, Spanish and Portuguese can be found at their website regarding this amazing event WLSL.

Swimming is a life-saving skill for children and a vital tool to prevent drowning, the second leading cause of unintended, injury-related death for children ages 1-14. The World's Largest Swimming Lesson™ was created to serve as a platform to help local community aquatic facilities and spread the message worldwide.

If your facility or Club can join in the event and help children to learn to swim and prevent drowning, what are you waiting for?
